部屋や施設内が清潔で、スタッフの対応も良く、何より朝食がとても美味しかったです。仕事で1週間滞在しましたが、大変快適に過ごさせて頂きました。

Wi-Fiの接続が悪すぎました。1分置きに接続が切れてメールを送るのに苦労しました。

・居室、浴室とも掃除が行き届き、とても快適。 ・レストランも部屋を出た目の前なのに静か ・旧市街の入り口に位置しており、散策もし易い

ホテルのフロントと居住階の間には他店舗が入っていて誰でも出入りできるので、夜遅い時などは直通エレベー- ターを使う方が安心かも。

The location

Unfortunately not a pleasant stay in this soulless hotel. Travelled with a group of motorcyclist and made to feel unwelcome.

Location, large rooms, quiet- very close to city city and only a short walking distance from the station.

I was put into the annexe of the hotel- about 100yards from the main hotel. This was fine for me, as it was quiet, even closer to the city centre, and in easy reach of many cafes and restaurants. However, if you wanted to use the hotel restuarant or bar, or have breakfast, you have to go back to the main hotel.

The location is good, near the main central venues. The breakfast was good.

The hotel has two buildings and the breakfast is served at the second floor of one of the buildings. So, it is very uncomfortable if you stay in the other building. The hotel shares the buildings (and staircases) with shops and a parking, so you have to use the access card a lot. The hotel is offering a free bottle with mineral water, but randomly, not every day. I attended to a conference in Munster, so my expenses are paid by my organisation. When I checked-out, the receptionist told me that is a certain delay in issuing the receipt. This was not a problem, so I waited. Finally, the receptionist handed me an envelop containing the receipt. On my way to the airport, I opened the envelop to discover that the receipt was unreadable and non-refundable. I had to come back to the hotel.

The central location. The "second building" situation is odd, but not a nuisance.

We had a suite and the balcony that came with it had a second door to another (I assume junior-) suite which made the balcony non-private.

Very comfortable rooms, easy to pop back I with shopping during the day.

I initially chose treff for the parking, but this was difficult to find and I ended up parking elsewhere. Also the website gave me the impression it was in a slightly different location which made it tricky to find.

We had a junior suite, the easy chairs could have been more comfortable in the suite or changed for a small sofa. The bar would benefit from being turned into no smoking as a stale tobacco smell permeated the whole area.

Hotel has ideal location in the city centre, staff were very friendly, room was spacious and comfotable.

Stayed at this hotel on our way home from our holidays. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome after a long drive. The hotel was situated in the old part of Munster and very central perfect for exploring and shopping. Very comfortable, clean and a good german breakfast. Parking in an underground secure car park costs 15 eur. Munster was a very interesting city to visit and I can recommend Treff Hotel.
